How to get started:
Prospective students are welcome to come visit us at one of our free Open House sessions - Saturdays between 10:00 & 11:00AM. We'll go over our programs, you can see our facility, watch students practicing and even try a few techniques!
Once we have collected a few details on our Registration Form we'll schedule your first session!
New students only need to wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise and bring a water bottle.
Note: Minimum age is 7 Yrs Old.
